Subject: Wondering

Comment: I was just wondering who all was here. Has anyone found Greg Razorback, Joni Mitchell, Karen Polnachek, (I always had a hard time with her last name, who didn't).
I have a very special friend that I have been trying to find since 1987, Debbie Zentz. We both were not living at home, where we should have been, and shared some very good times and some very bad times. I claimed her as my blood-sister, as she did me and we both moved away from Morgan and I lost touch with her as I was still running around the country trying to find my "place". I haven't seen Debbie now for over 17 years now. I plan on searching until I do, but if anyone knows anything, even the smallest bit of information, please, e-mail me at dgoff1@swbell.net See ya'll in June! Dora L. Goff

Subject: WTC Attack

comment: The feelings and thoughts that were filling my head as well as my heart were so powerful I had a very difficult time concentrating at work, I didn't know what to do to help. I decided to call the local Red Cross and, with my boss's approval, offered the retail room of the building to them, as we hadn't stocked it yet, if they needed to set up a donation site. They were very appreciative and thanked me many times. As it turned out, they didn't need the room but they knew it was there if they did. The loss of life suffered at the hands of the terrorists should hopefully open some eyes to those in charge of our country's security, it's time to stop turning away from the world's problems just because they don't immediately affect you. Someday, they might. A verse I wrote the day after the attack has been chosen by the International Poetry Society as a semi-finalist in their annual poetry contest. I am to accept my award in March at the Orlando gathering and it is being published in a collection called, Under A Quicksilver Moon. God Bless.
